Since 2012, C'est Si Bon! Bistro+Vins has been a little corner of France on NE 7th Avenue. We cook classic French cuisine with a Pacific Northwest sensibility, built on fresh, sustainable ingredients sourced daily and prepared the way a bistro meal should be: with care, generosity, and no shortcuts.

Then there's the wine. Our cellar holds more than 150 selections from Burgundy, Bordeaux, the Loire, the Rhône and beyond, alongside the Oregon bottles we're proud to call neighbors. Not sure where to start? Ask us. Finding the right glass for your plate is our favorite part of the job. We also pour artisanal cocktails for those who prefer a shaker to a corkscrew.

Our dining room is intentionally intimate, just nine tables, so every guest gets our full attention. When Portland's weather cooperates, we open our tables outside too.
